Yoga - Mixed Ability
For men and women of all ages. This course is suitable for beginners or those with a little experience. It will enable beginners to learn basic postures and those with some experience to develop their practice of basic yoga postures, breathing & relaxation techniques, to appreciate their benefits and learn how to apply them in their daily lives. Pregnant students and those with a pre-existing condition should seek advice from their GP before exercising Pregnant students should not attend classes until they are at least 16 weeks pregnant
